Flamemate & Aeralux (Non-Returnable)
All products sold under the Flamemate and Aeralux brands are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to product nature, hygiene, and safety policies.
Exceptions – Returns will only be accepted if:
The product delivered is damaged or defective.
The product received is incorrect (different from the order).
📌 In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/video proof of the product and packaging.
Refunds for approved cases will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
iRest (Refundable)
Products under the iRest brand are eligible for returns and refunds.
Return Conditions:
Return requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
Items showing use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.
Refunds & Replacements:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong product delivery.
Customers may also choose a replacement instead of a refund.
