Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy from the date of delivery. excluding Flamemate items.

🚫 Non-Returnable Products:
All Flamemate Products (Cigarette Cases, Lighters, Ashtrays)
Due to the nature of these personal-use items, Flamemate products are not eligible for return or refund. Only replacements are considered in case of verified manufacturing defects (see Warranty Policy).

 

Eligible Items:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

Electronics (like Aeralux smart glasses or lighters) must not be damaged.

Hygiene-based items like iRest pillows are eligible for replacement only if defective.

Not Eligible:

Used cigarette cases/lighters

Physical damage not reported at delivery
